The two nuclei of the municipality will offer, once again, a program based on partying, music and debauchery for all ages. Apart from the novelties, this year the traditional activities will be maintained, such as children’s parades, the costume contest or the Couples Ball.
In Mont-roig, the events will begin on Thursday 27 February with the Fat Thursday snack at the Casal d’Avis. On Friday 28, the couples dance with the EbreBand orchestra will take place at the municipal sports center. On Saturday, March 1, the children’s parade will be held in the early afternoon, with children’s dancing in the sports center and the animation of Kids Dance. Then, in the evening, there will be a new Carnival parade and, later, the costume ball with Euphoria, entertainment and DJs. During the half, as always, the Carnival prizes will be awarded.
In Miami Platja, on Friday, February 28 there will be a children’s costume ball with entertainment at the municipal sports center, and on Saturday, March 1, the great Carnival parade will arrive. The parade will end with the seventh edition of the Miamòdrom, a show that celebrates the creativity of floats and troupes. Subsequently, there will be a lunch dinner and a party with DJs at the municipal sports center, where the prizes of the contest will also be awarded.
