In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee, the Mont-roig del Camp Town Hall and its dependent organizations make their data protection policy available to users.

- What will we use your data for?: We will send you information about our products, services and activities. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
- How long will we retain your data?: Your personal data will be kept until you request to stop receiving our communications; at that point, it will be deleted. You may request deletion at any time using the information provided in each communication.

Activities
- What will we use your data for?: We will process your data to manage activities, courses and workshops. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
- How long will we retain your data?: Once the activity has ended, your data will no longer be used. It will be retained for the mandatory period established in the Municipality’s Classification Schedule and the Document Evaluation Tables of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Contact form, complaints or suggestions
- What will we use your data for?: We will process your data to respond to your request, queries or concerns. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
- How long will we retain your data?: Your personal data will be kept until your request has been answered and the appropriate actions have been taken. Afterwards, it will be deleted once the legal retention periods have expired, unless administrative, civil, labour and/or criminal liabilities may arise.

Video surveillance
- What will we use your data for?: We will process your data for the purpose of controlling access to municipal buildings and ensuring people’s safety.
- How long will we retain your data?: Your personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 30 days in accordance with Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

The legal basis for processing your data is the exercise of the Town Hall’s official competencies, the provision of requested services, and the data subject’s consent.
No automated decision-making with legal consequences will be conducted using your data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to countries that do not comply with the required data protection standards unless you have given explicit prior consent.
All information provided by the user must be truthful. The user is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the Town Hall or third parties. The Mont-roig del Camp Town Hall reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false data from its services, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions.
3.- Disclosure or Sharing of Data with Third Parties
To properly provide services, data may be shared with entities that provide services to the Town Hall (APPS, web hosting, service redirection). These entities will act as data processors.
This data processing is carried out exclusively to ensure the performance, security, and availability of the services we offer. These entities must implement technical, legal, and organizational measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or other improper use of data, in compliance with applicable laws.
Outside of this context, no personal data will be disclosed to third parties except when required by competent public authorities in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
4.- International Data Transfers
For administrative procedures, the Town Hall will not transfer your data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to countries that do not ensure an adequate level of data protection, except in the following cases:
- Transfers to countries that the European Commission has declared to provide an equivalent level of data protection to that of the EU.
- In the absence of an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission will be used.
