Les Pobles will once again live its traditional summer festival on August 14, 15 and 16 with a program that combines music, culture, tradition and activities for all ages.
The party will begin on Friday, August 14 at 11 p.m. with the traditional fireworks display on the beach of La Pixerota, a show that attracts hundreds of people every year.
As a novelty of this edition, the programme will run until Sunday 16 August with the participation of the Mas Miró Foundation. At 10:30 a.m., a guided tour of the Església Vella Cultural Center (CCEV) of the exhibition The Soul of Form, included in the Obsessionat project, has been scheduled, which presents a selection of Joan Miró’s original plasterwork. Then, in the chapel of Mas Miró, you can enjoy Els objectes del Mas se desperten de noche, a proposal by Lola Sasurt that invites participants to discover the legacy of Joan Miró through memory, imagination and play.
Sunday’s activities are free, but require prior registration via email info@masmiro.com.
