Mont-roig del Camp and Miami Platja are thrilled to host the 10th edition of “La Cuina de l’Arròs de Tardor” (Our Autumn Rice Gastronomic Festival). This culinary celebration puts rice centre stage, highlighting the rich, comforting flavours of local, seasonal cuisine.
Throughout the festival, 14 premier local restaurants will showcase their own unique culinary creations. Each menu masterfully combines high-quality rice with the finest treasures from the Mediterranean Sea and the land, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
It is a wonderful match between the fresh produce of Mont-roig’s fields and the best autumn recipes. With an array of distinct proposals and original recipes, you will discover plenty of ways to enjoy one of the most iconic ingredients of our Mediterranean heritage.
